Hundreds of files contain data for about 900 numerical exercises in the text, Case Studies, and Application Projects. The data are available in a variety of formats - for MATLAB, Maple, Mathematica, and The TI-83+/86/89 and HP48G graphic calculators. By allowing students to access matrices and vectors for a particular problem with only a few keystrokes, the data files eliminate data entry errors and save time on homework. To access the data files, save the compressed archive file to your computer and uncompress the files.
You will need either
WinZip for the PC or StuffIt
Expander for the Mac to unstuff any of the downloadable compressed archives.
