How do I print materials from the Website?
Most areas within the Website work within frames. To print from a framed page, you must move your cursor to the part of the page you wish to print and select it. Then send the page to the printer. If you want to print different frames on a given page, you will need to select each section and print them individually.

I can't get past the Website login page when I enter my Login name and Password. What is wrong?
The server is unable to set the necessary cookies to allow you to navigate the Website. You will need to check a few things:
- that the version of browser you're using is at least compatible with Netscape 7.0 or Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0;
- that the "cookie" setting on your browser (usually found under the "Options" or "Preferences" menu) is set to accept cookies; and
- that you don't have any programs installed which automatically refuse all cookies, such as "Cookie Cutter" or "WebFree."
If all these things check out and you are still unable to log in to the Website, please contact Technical Support.

I can't see the bottom of the graphics in the activities. What can I do?
Your screen is either too small or at too low a resolution. Try the following: move the browser window to the top of your screen and make it bigger; increase your screen resolution (it must be at least 1024 x 768); hide your browser's tool bars; or, try refreshing/reloading the screen.

I installed QuickTime 5.0 on my PC and I can't view any animations. What should I do?
The QuickTime 5.0 installer for PCs has been known to make QuickTime 5.0 the preferred player for Flash content (animations) even though it cannot always play this content. To change your QuickTime preferences:
- Exit your browser, click on the start menu, click on settings, then click on Control Panel.
- Select QuickTime and choose Browser plug-in from the QuickTime drop-down menu.
- Click on the MIME settings button and uncheck the "Miscellaneous" box.
- Close the QuickTime control panel window and restart your browser.

I have updated my QuickTime and now cannot access the streaming video clips. How can I fix this?
The problem has to do with the Streaming Transport
setting within the QuickTime plug-in, versions 6.3 and 6.5. Follow these instructions to change the setting:
WINDOWS USERS:
- Go to your Windows Control Panel, find the Quicktime icon and double click on it.
- Choose Streaming Transport from the drop-down menu.
- If Quicktime is set up to Automatically determine the best
protocol and port ID, change this setting by choosing "Use the this protocol and port ID:"
- Then check the box that says "Use HTTP, Port ID" and select port "80."
Windows users should also check the following settings in Control Panels/QuickTime to ensure that they are configured for best performance.
- Video Settings: In the popup, make sure "Safe Mode" is selected. This should be selected for all QuickTime video on Windows, for every product and project, period, no exceptions.
- Instant On: In the popup you should make sure it is set to "enabled," and that the delay is set to "50" or "half way."
- Connection speed popup needs to be Internet/LAN if you are on
Cable Modem, DSL, or Corporate network. Lower speed settings may not
work.
- On Windows, you may get an error message about safe
and unsafe content when the video window opens but before the video
loads. Answer "Yes." Then, when the QT icon appears with the controls, click
the Play control and it will buffer and then stream.
MACINTOSH USERS:
- Make sure the System Preferences/QuickTime/Instant On popup is enabled
and the delay is set to "half way."
- Connection speed popup needs to be Internet/LAN if they are on
Cable Modem, DSL, or Corporate network. Lower speed settings may not
work.
